Coaching Packages

At Spirit Life Coaching you will be supported at all times – not only on the day of your appointment.

Sessions can be scheduled face-to-face at your home or office, a local café or another favourite place, or by telephone. All telephone costs are met by Spirit Life Coaching.

At Spirit Life Coaching we understand that you have many other commitments and we are always determined to find a time for coaching that suits your lifestyle.

Includes	A 30 min exploratory session. This is an opportunity for the client to decide if Spirit Life Coaching is the best option.	Four 50 mins sessions each month, unlimited email contact and a short telephone call each week if required	Two 50 mins sessions each month, unlimited email contact and a short telephone call each week if required.
Suits	People who are deciding if Life Coaching is right for them.	Clients who are ready to make changes and want to achieve results.	Existing clients who now need less contact to maintain focus.
